The Louisville FBI Violent Crimes and Major Offenders Program investigates many crimes involving interstate activities and crimes against federal properties and officials.  The cases investigated include kidnappings, bank robberies, extortion, product tampering, Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution.   This investigative program also includes cases of threatened or actual assault, kidnapping, or murder of the President, Vice President or Members of Congress.
