Covington, Ky. -Christopher S. Kimmich, age 46, of Burlington, Kentucky was charged today in a Criminal Complaint for Bank Robbery. The Complaint alleges that on April 8, 2008, Kimmich robbed the U.S. Bank branch located in Remke's Market in Burlington, Kentucky. James A. Zerhusen, Acting United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Kentucky, and Larry A. Willis, Acting Special Agent In Charge, Federal Bureau of Investigation, jointly made the announcement today after the filing of the Complaint. The investigation preceding the Complaint was conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Florence, Kentucky Police Department. Assistant United States Attorney Anthony J. Bracke has been assigned to the case. Kimmich's appearance before the United States District Court has not yet been set by the Court in Covington, Ky. A
