FBI Louisville's Civil
Rights Program is responsible for the following federal crimes:

Hate Crimes -
these crimes pertain to damage/destruction to religious property; violence
against persons motivated by the victim's race, religion or national origin;
and discrimination in the occupation, purchase, sale, rental, and/or financing
of housing on the basis of race, religion, sex, handicap, familial status,
or national origin.

Law Enforcement Excessive Force
- these investigations include physical abuse, the infliction of summary
punishment, and deprivation of rights through fabrication of evidence.

Involuntary Servitude/Slavery
- these investigations involve migrant farm workers or immigrants employed
as domestic workers who are held in involuntary servitude.

Violence Against Reproductive Health Clinics
- it is a federal crime to obstruct access to reproductive health facilities
or cause damage to these properties.
